Overview

Country Life Natural Foods is seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Director of Finance to oversee our financial operations and support our mission of providing high-quality, plant-based nutrition. This is a "player-coach" role designed for a professional who excels at high-level financial planning while remaining hands-on with daily accounting, payroll, and reporting functions.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will serve as a vital advisor, translating financial data into the strategic insights necessary to scale our distribution and retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations including daily accounting, payroll, and reporting.
• Lead high-level financial planning and analysis to support growth and scale of distribution and retail activities.
• Partner with the CEO to translate financial data into actionable strategic insights.

Compensation

$50,000 - $60,000 yearly
