Finance Director

Our client is a leader in the manufacturing and distribution of high-quality industrial products used in a diverse set of end-markets worldwide.

The Finance Director will partner with and support the Regional President and wider regional team in achieving all goals and objectives. The Director will lead a team and work closely with the global finance organization. The Director will provide a wide range of financial support and advice to all business/operational functions and build strong collaborative relationships across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Accounting, budgeting, forecasting, analysis.
• Team assessment and development.
• Corporate and regional reporting, risk management, KPI management, strategy, and overall business partnership.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance required. Certification(s) or Graduate degree is a plus.
• Minimum of three years of experience in a lead finance business partner role.
• Distribution and/or Manufacturing industry experience required.
• Minimum of three years of experience leading teams is required.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

This role is located on the Southwest side of Charlotte.
