Commercial Director – Professional Aesthetic Market – Retail

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Director with a strong background in professional aesthetics and retail , responsible for leading sales strategy and business expansion in the U.S. market. The selected candidate will drive business growth by developing retail chains, distributors, and the professional channel (aesthetic clinics, dermatology practices, medical spas, etc.) .

The ideal candidate will be highly results-oriented, with proven experience in market development and the ability to build strong relationships with key accounts and distribution partners .

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the commercial strategy for the U.S. market .
  • Develop and manage agreements with retail chains, distributors, and strategic partners .
  • Expand the company’s presence in the professional aesthetics channel (clinics, dermatologists, medical spas, aesthetic centers).
  • Identify growth opportunities, new channels, and strategic commercial partnerships.
  • Lead and develop the local sales team .
  • Set commercial targets, KPIs, and growth plans.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements with key accounts and distributors .
  • Analyze trends in the U.S. aesthetics and professional beauty market .
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure effective commercial execution.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows, events, and strategic meetings .

Requirements

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in commercial/sales leadership roles , preferably within aesthetics, dermocosmetics, aesthetic devices, or professional beauty .
  • Proven experience working with retail chains, distributors, and professional channels .
  • Strong knowledge of the U.S. aesthetic market .
  • Demonstrated track record of driving sales growth and market expansion .
  • Excellent negotiation and key account management skills.
  • Experience leading and managing sales teams .
  • Willingness to travel.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in medical devices or aesthetic technology .
  • Established network within U.S. retail, distributors, and aesthetic clinics .
  • Experience launching or scaling international brands in the U.S. market .
