Manage the US tax team for a global business. Looking for a true business partner with executive acumen.

Base pay range

$140,000.00/yr - $165,000.00/yr

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage and support preparing tax filings, schedules, payments, and related reports as needed.
• Prepare and review both domestic and international tax returns on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Conduct and review reconciliations of balance sheet accounts associated with tax.
• Ensure tax documentation and records are well-organized and maintained.
• Research and apply all eligible tax credits.
• Collaborate with the contracts team to assess tax clauses during contract negotiations.
• Monitor and communicate tax obligations and risks tied to existing contracts.
• Partner with external advisors on complex tax issues.
• Design and implement improvements to tax-related processes and procedures.

Is this you?

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related business discipline.
• 7-15+ years of experience
• Experience in both domestic and international tax concepts.
• Capable leader - ideally having managed a team of direct reports
• Business partner acumen and interest, not just a number cruncher
