In this role, you will provide essential business-oriented legal advice and counsel to business partners, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. You will be a key player in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, supporting the sales and marketing teams, and developing strategic solutions to complex legal challenges. Accountabilities
- Provide business-oriented legal advice to business partners.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to analyze business and legal terms.
- Counsel staff on commercial law and healthcare regulations.
- Develop solutions for business challenges and customer disputes.
- Deliver training on commercial law and regulatory matters.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of commercial law experience.
- Admitted to practice law in the United States.
- Experience in federal government contracting or real estate law is a plus.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with US healthcare legal and regulatory environments preferred.
