Head of Capital Formation

Vantico Investments, WorkFromHome, NC, United States

About Vantico Investments

Vantico is an emerging real asset management platform focused on healthcare real estate, private credit, and REIT vehicles. Formed through a strategic partnership of principals with deep expertise in capital formation, investment, and operations, Vantico is building an institutional-grade platform with an income-oriented mandate. Our differentiation is rooted in operational expertise: we are operators who became asset managers, bringing direct healthcare and commercial real estate experience to capital allocation decisions.

Role: Head of Capital Formation

  • Cary, NC (Hybrid)
  • $120,000–$180,000 + performance bonus tied to capital raised + carry participation
  • Reports to: Managing Partner | Start: Immediate

The Mission

Raise $100M across Vantico's investment offerings in 2026. You will own all LP relationships, build the capital formation infrastructure from scratch, and serve as the primary interface between Vantico and its investor base across all fund vehicles.

*This role reports directly to the Managing Partner and is foundational to Vantico's success. If you succeed in this role, Vantico becomes a viable, scaled platform. If you don't, we don't.
