Director of Prospect Research & Donor Management

A non-profit organization is seeking an Associate Director of Prospect Management and Research to drive the donor identification and qualification process. Responsibilities include managing and analyzing donor data and providing strategic research analysis. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience in prospect research, a BA/BS degree, and strong analytical and communication skills. Experience with CRM software is highly valued. This role contributes to critical fundraising efforts and less than 10% travel is required.
