Director of Diagnostic Imaging

Overview

This position is incentive eligible. HCA Healthcare is a leading provider of healthcare services with over 180 hospitals and about 2,000 sites of care in 21 states and the United Kingdom. We are looking for a Director of Diagnostic Imaging for the HCA Florida Kendall Hospital team, where excellence creates excellence.

Responsibilities

The Director ensures high quality, patient-centered care through 24/7 responsibility for the operational performance and staffing of the unit/department, in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. The Director fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or other clinical specialty, required
• Master's Degree, preferred
• 1+ years management experience, required
• 3+ years management experience, preferred
• Currently licensed as a registered professional nurse or other licensed clinician in the state(s) of practice and/or has an active compact license, in accordance with law and regulation, required
