Overview: The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) will drive short-term HR objectives for SPM assets (CT1 & Albacore) in Portsmouth. This role serves as the primary HR representative for asset leadership teams, supporting key areas such as talent acquisition, employee relations, talent development, and organizational effectiveness. The HRBP will lead the implementation and execution of HR policies, programs, and initiatives while providing guidance and coaching to managers. This position also ensures comprehensive support across the entire employee lifecycle to foster an engaged and high-performing workforce.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and execute the HR strategy for assigned SPM assets in partnership with Asset Leadership teams. Provide strategic HR business partner support across areas including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and employee engagement. Collaborate with line managers to assess workforce needs and partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure effective staffing. Coach and advise managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee development. Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including conducting investigations when required. Support the implementation of HR policies, programs, and organizational initiatives. Contribute to building a positive workplace culture and enhancing employee engagement. Perform additional duties as assigned.
