SAP S/4HANA Functional Lead – OTC (Order-to-Cash) - W2 only

Miracle Software Systems, looking for an experienced

SAP S/4HANA Functional Lead (Order-to-Cash / OTC) at Dearborn, MI (Onsite) on W2

to own and drive end-to-end OTC processes including order management, pricing, billing, and revenue outcomes.

Required Experience: 7–12+ years in

SAP SD / OTC / Sales Operations 1–2+ years in

SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformations Strong experience in

complex pricing & billing processes Exposure to

SAP Vehicle Management System (VMS)

preferred Cross-functional collaboration with

Finance, Supply Chain, and Data teams

Required Skills: SAP S/4HANA (Sales/OTC) UAT Leadership & Testing Strategy Pricing, Billing, and Order Management Expertise Integration knowledge (EDI, Middleware, Tax/Payments) Strong leadership & stakeholder management Experience with

BRF+, Fiori, Settlement Management/Rebates

Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end

OTC processes : order management, pricing, delivery, billing, returns, and customer service Drive

fit-to-standard decisions

and lead functional design/configuration Define and track

OTC KPIs

(OTIF, billing accuracy, order cycle time, DSO) Lead

UAT strategy & execution , defect triage, and go-live readiness Ensure integration with

Finance (FI/CO), customer data, EDI, tax engines, and portals Oversee

data readiness, cutover planning, and hypercare support Drive

change management, training, and adoption Act as SME for OTC design decisions and stakeholder alignment
