Collections Specialist

Role: Collections Specialist Pay: $27 - $32/hr Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k Manage a high‑volume portfolio of domestic customer accounts (approx. $3M–$4M). Conduct soft collections, primarily via email, ensuring timely payment while maintaining strong customer relationships. Oversee credit functions, including evaluating creditworthiness, placing customers on hold, and extending credit as appropriate. Perform customer account reconciliations as needed or requested. Make independent, strategic decisions that support both customer satisfaction and company financial objectives.
