Position Summary The Director, Strategic Finance provides support to the C-Suite Support through advanced financial analysis and strategic insight to support executive decision-making across RideNow’s dealership network.

The role operates within the Financial Planning & Analysis function while partnering closely with Sr. Leadership to translate financial and operational data into actionable insights. The position supports strategic initiatives, mergers and acquisitions analysis, retail performance monitoring, and executive reporting.

While reporting to the Vice President of FP&A, the role maintains direct access to the C-Suite and supports Sr. Leadership across finance, operations, and business development to ensure strategic priorities are supported by strong financial analysis and disciplined execution.

This position combines financial modeling, operational performance analysis, and cross-functional project support to help leadership evaluate opportunities, manage performance, and drive organizational growth.

This role offers direct exposure to C-Suite and Sr. Leadership and provides a unique opportunity to influence strategic decision-making across finance, operations, and business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Mergers & Acquisitions Financial Modeling and Analysis Provide financial modeling and analytical support for RideNow’s acquisition strategy and expansion initiatives.

• Develop financial models to evaluate potential acquisitions and investment opportunities • Support financial due diligence for acquisition targets • Assist in valuation analysis and financial scenario modeling • Conduct analysis for operational changes and/or emerging business opportunities • Evaluate financial performance and integration progress of newly acquired dealerships • Provide analytical support for acquisition-related C-Suite and Sr. Leadership decision-making

Dealership Performance Analysis & Operational Support Support C-Suite and Sr. Leadership in diagnosing operational performance challenges across RideNow’s dealership network.

• Analyze dealership-level financial performance and operational metrics • Support Sr. Leadership initiatives focused on improving Red Light and Yellow Light store performance • Evaluate dealership performance using key industry metrics such as gross profit per unit (GPU), F&I revenue per unit, inventory turns, days to turn, service labor utilization, parts and accessories attach rate, and expense ratios • Identify operational risks, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities across locations • Support Regional Operations Directors and C-Suite with data-driven insights for performance improvement initiatives • Assist with analysis related to operational “hot topics” and priority initiatives identified by C-Suite or Sr. Leadership

Strategic Projects & Special Initiatives Provide analytical and project support for high-priority initiatives led by C-Suite.

Responsibilities include: • Support C-Suite and Sr. Leadership with financial and operational analysis related to strategic initiatives and tracking goals. • Assist with analytical work tied to company strategic goals and operational improvement initiatives • Support cross-functional projects involving operations, finance, human resources, and leadership teams • Provide analytical support for ad-hoc executive initiatives and emerging priorities

This role will also collaborate with Sr. Leadership to support analysis and reporting related to the company’s strategic goals framework, working in coordination with finance and operational leadership as appropriate.

Executive & Board Reporting Support Support C-Suite in preparing materials for leadership and board-level meetings.

Responsibilities include: • Develop executive-level reporting materials summarizing company performance • Prepare financial and operational summaries for leadership meetings • Consolidate performance reporting across regions and business units • Assist in preparing board-level financial presentations and briefing materials • Support C-Suite with analytical insights and presentation materials for board discussions

Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field required MBA or Master’s degree in Finance, Strategy, or Business Administration strongly preferred

Certifications CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designations are highly valued for their technical rigor, financial expertise, and professional standards

Experience 3–7+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate development Experience supporting executive leadership or strategic initiatives preferred Experience with multi-location retail, dealership operations, or franchise environments is a plus

Technical Skills Mastery of Microsoft Excel for complex financial modeling and analysis Advanced PowerPoint skills for executive and board-level presentations Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar platforms Ability to synthesize large data sets into actionable insights for executive decision-making

Physical Requirements Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer workstation Frequent use of a computer, keyboard, and standard office equipment Ability to communicate clearly in meetings, presentations, and discussions Ability to review detailed financial documents and data for extended periods Occasional standing, walking, or movement within office or meeting environments

Work Environment Work is primarily performed in a professional office environment Frequent use of computers, financial software, and data analysis tools Regular collaboration with executive leadership and cross-functional teams Occasional travel may be required to support meetings, dealership visits, or strategic initiatives
