Westaff is looking for a 1st shift Customer Service Rep in the Mansfield, MA area to start IMMEDIATELY.
Shift: 1st Shift. Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. Pay: $20/hr
Customer Service Rep/Clerk Job Responsibilities:
- Process receipts and investigate order issues - Sign in and sign out all deliveries and enter information into the system - Communicate with clients and drivers by phone and email - Maintain accurate documentation and follow internal procedures - Support office operations as needed
Requirements - Strong computer skills - Excellent communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment - Prior customer service or logistics experience is a plus
MUST have strong computer skills and strong communication skills.
