Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable, entry-level Millwork Carpenter to support a busy production shop. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in woodworking, cabinetry, or millwork. You'll work alongside experienced team members to fabricate and assemble custom wood products for commercial and residential projects. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the construction of cabinets, casework, trim, and custom wood components Read and follow blueprints, shop drawings, and cut lists Measure, cut, sand, and assemble materials to specification Operate hand tools and basic woodworking machinery safely Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and production standards Qualifications: 03 years of carpentry, woodworking, or related experience Basic knowledge of hand and power tools Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a shop environment Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Preferred Experience: Exposure to cabinetry, millwork, or woodworking projects Familiarity with shop equipment or CNC machines Work Environment: Indoor, shop-based production setting Exposure to dust, noise, and machinery Fast-paced, team-oriented environment Pay: Starting at $17/hour (based on experience) Our Commitment to Fair Hiring:
