Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Music Publishing Catalog Manager/Creative at Ten Ten Music Group, Inc. The opportunity to develop into a full time position will be determined by the applicant's abilities. The role involves overseeing the management of the music catalog, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring that works are properly registered. The individual will also collaborate with creatives to identify new opportunities and support the artistic growth of songwriters. This role is based in Nashville, TN, with flexibility to work remotely on occasion.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Catalog Management, including maintaining accurate records and handling metadata
• Strong Analytical Skills for data tracking, reporting, and identifying trends
• Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with songwriters and industry professionals
• Knowledge of the music publishing industry and copyright management is essential
• Proficiency in DISCO, catalog management software and tools
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Music Business, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
