Enterprise Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

  • Own net new enterprise pipeline from first outreach through close, working complex multi-stakeholder deals that often span 10–12 months
  • Build and execute territory and account strategies to hit pipeline and revenue targets
  • Engage decision makers across Brand, Marketing, IT, Procurement, Legal, and Finance to drive consensus
  • Craft tailored proposals and guide clients through complex buying processes
  • Leverage CRM and AI-powered tools to manage pipeline and forecast accurately
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and customer success to support deal progression and ensure seamless client handoffs
  • Represent the company at industry events to generate opportunities and build brand presence


Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Prospect and conduct outreach to identify and engage new enterprise opportunities
  • Manage active pipeline and maintain accurate CRM activity tracking and forecasting
  • Deliver consultative sales conversations to uncover client needs and align solutions
  • Prepare and present proposals tailored to client requirements
  • Negotiate contract terms and support clients through purchasing processes
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support deal progression
  • Apply AI-powered tools and data-driven insights to improve efficiency and qualification


Preferred Experience and Attributes

  • Proven track record closing large enterprise accounts and exceeding quota in SaaS or technology sales
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Strong outbound instincts — you build pipeline, you don't wait for it
  • Consultative approach with ability to uncover needs and articulate value
  • Comfortable engaging and influencing senior stakeholders across functions
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and data-driven forecasting
  • Passion for creativity, design, or innovation is a plus
