Job Title: VP/ Director – Software Engineering
Location: Hiring for multiple locations including Plano, TX/ Tampa, FL / NYC, NY/ Columbus, OH/ Houston, TX (5 days onsite)
Interview Mode: Technical screening and assessment followed by technical interviews. Final interview will be in-person for Tampa, FL / NYC, NY/ Houston, TX locations (Mandatory)
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Java professional (Hands on) to join our onsite team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience building scalable, high-performance applications using modern Java and microservices technologies.
Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Java 17/21 and Spring Boot Build and support microservices and event-driven architectures Work with messaging systems such as Kafka and MQ Develop and optimize database interactions using Oracle Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in an onsite-offshore environment and can mentor a team of junior developers. Payments domain/ financial domain knowledge is preferred Knowledge of front end technologies i.e. Angular/ React
