Job Title
Ophthalmic Photographer
Overview
We are seeking an experienced ophthalmic photographer to join our clinical team. The role involves obtaining patient history, conducting visual acuity tests, and documenting results. You will work collaboratively with other clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow and enhance patient experience. Your expertise will be required in capturing high‑quality OCTs, OCTA, IVFA, and ICGs, while maintaining detailed records of fundus, anterior segment, and external photographs.
Responsibilities
Obtain patient history and conduct visual acuity tests.
Document test results and maintain accurate records.
Capture high‑quality OCTs, OCTA, IVFA, and ICGs.
Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
Take fundus, anterior segment, and external photographs.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in photography and fundus photo techniques.
Experience with OCTs and fluorescein angiography (FAs).
Bilingual capabilities.
Strong computer skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
At least 6 months of relevant experience.
CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain).
Preferred certifications: COA, OCT‑C, CRA.
Work Environment
You will work primarily at the Bellaire clinic, with the ability to see 80–100 patients a day. You will be part of a team of 8–24 individuals, supporting Pasadena and Sugar Land clinics as needed. Work hours are between 6:30 AM and 6:00 PM, with flexibility based on clinic needs. Training will take place at the admin building in the Galleria. Dress code requires navy blue scrubs, short and groomed nails, and hair tied back. Fast‑paced environment, with mileage reimbursement for travel to clinics beyond the assigned locations.

Contract to Hire position based out of Bellaire, TX.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 – $27.00/hr.
