Senior Manager Sales Business Development

We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst with strong Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance expertise to support key business and technology initiatives for a growing risk and insurance organization. This role will work closely with stakeholders across underwriting, claims, and program management to drive requirements, process improvements, and system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, BRDs, and functional specs
- Support initiatives across policy administration, claims, and underwriting workflows
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement sessions
- Assist with UAT planning, execution, and validation
- Identify process improvement opportunities within P&C operations
- Ensure alignment between business objectives and system capabilities
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance domain expertise
- P&C packages such as duck creek or Guidewire
- Experience with policy, claims, and underwriting processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
