What You’ll Do

• Lead multiple restaurant locations with a focus on excellence in people, performance, and profitability
• Coach, develop, and motivate restaurant managers to achieve outstanding results
• Build a culture of accountability—holding teams to high standards while developing future leaders
• Drive consistent execution through strong attention to detail and operational discipline
• Recruit, train, and retain top talent across your market
• Communicate effectively with team members and business partners at all levels
• Navigate a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly while maintaining focus on results

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of multi-unit leadership experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality (Area Director experience strongly preferred)
• A hands‑on, process‑driven leadership style with strong organization and planning skills
• High level of attention to detail - you notice what others miss and take action
• Ability to lead with intensity and adaptability in a fast‑changing environment
• A true passion for people - coaching, developing, and building strong teams
• Grit, ownership, and accountability - you show up, lean in, and drive results
• A proven ability to inspire, lead, and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment
• A valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and flexibility to travel between locations
• Must be at least 18 years old
