Location: Remote (Based in France)

Work Model: 100% Remote

Contract Type: Local third‑party agency contract (until local entity is established)

Compensation: Approx. 250k EUR per year (60–70% base salary + 30–40% performance‑based commission & bonus; negotiable and open)

As part of its international expansion strategy in Europe, the company is building localized teams and sales infrastructures across key markets. France is a strategic priority, and we are seeking an entrepreneurial and results‑driven Sales Director (Country Manager) to lead and scale the business locally.

About the Role

The Sales Director (Country Manager – France) will be responsible for building and scaling the offline sales and channel ecosystem in France.

This is a high‑autonomy, entrepreneurial leadership role, ideal for candidates who want to:

  • Build a market from scratch
  • Own strategy, execution, and results
  • Grow into a General Manager role as the business scales

The role works closely with Global HQ (China) while leading all local market operations in France.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the offline sales and channel strategy for the French market
  • Build, manage, and expand dealer, distributor, and reseller networks
  • Drive B2C channel development through offline and hybrid sales models
  • Define and implement go‑to‑market strategies, pricing models, and brand positioning
  • Establish sales targets, budgets, KPIs, and performance tracking mechanisms
  • Recruit, train, and manage a local sales team
  • Maintain strong relationships with key local partners and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Collect customer and channel feedback to support product optimization and market fit
  • Coordinate closely with HQ teams including product, supply chain, logistics, and marketing

Must‑See Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in offline sales and channel development
  • Background in tools, 3C electronics, mobile phones, or consumer electronics
  • Strong experience in B2C channel sales
  • Minimum 3 years managing teams of 10+ people
  • Proven track record of building and scaling local sales organizations

Industry Background (Highly Preferred)

  • Mobile phones / smartphones
  • 3C electronics
  • Professional tools & equipment

Language & Profile

  • High level Chinese speaker (mandatory)
  • Fluent English (working level or above)
  • Fluent German
  • Deep understanding of the French and European markets
  • Strong network with local distributors, dealers, and retail partners

  • Must be legally eligible to work in France
