The Role
This is a strategic enterprise role designed to support and direct BD, and gain enterprise alignment on CGT initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support the sales and business development teams to ensure the appropriate incorporation of clinical and scientific information in a timely and customer‑focused manner.
- Maintain awareness of the current state of cell & gene therapy (literature and competitive intelligence) and provide critical evaluations on the clinical and commercial viability of the pipeline.
- Maintain company credibility by being on the leading edge of science and shifts in clinical and treatment paradigms.
- Identify, track, and communicate market trends, customer requirements, and the competitive landscape, and find opportunities for increasing customer and business value through differentiated solutions.
- Increase enterprise‑wide team knowledge by providing synthesis and rapid communication of competitive intelligence.
- Lead and contribute to the establishment of training programs for internal teams across business units on an ongoing and ad‑hoc basis.
- Attend key conferences and provide takeaways on relevant clinical, pre‑clinical, manufacturing, and economic data during internal meetings.
- Provide strategic and scientific guidance to commercial leaders to inform understanding of process/solution relationships.
- Review scientific information and recommend changes to customer presentations and marketing materials.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with decision‑makers across business units to achieve business results.
Qualifications
- An advanced degree (MS, MD, PhD, or PharmD) is preferred.
- Experience working in cell & gene therapy drug development and/or commercialization.
- 8–10+ years related experience in biopharma or strategic consulting, including a thorough understanding of drug development, commercialization, market dynamics, and go‑to‑market considerations.

Salary Range
$124,000 - 190,850
- This Salary Range reflects a National Average for this job. The actual range may vary based on your locale. Ranges in Colorado/California/Washington/New York/Hawaii/Vermont/Minnesota/Massachusetts/Illinois State‑specific locations may be up to 10% lower than the minimum salary range, and 12% higher than the maximum salary range.
