What you will do
Brand & Marketing Materials
Develop visually compelling marketing collateral including brochures, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Create assets that support campaigns, new market launches, and growth initiatives.
Ensure consistency and integrity of the Pediatrics Plus brand across all external‑facing materials.
Digital & Social Media
Design graphics for social media, email marketing, digital campaigns, and website content.
Support visual storytelling through engaging, on‑brand creative.
Collaborate on campaign concepts and bring ideas to life visually.
Events and Community Engagement
Create materials supporting events, announcements, and outreach initiatives.
Design assets that enhance visibility and engagement in local markets.
Digital and Multimedia
Assist with basic video editing for social media, events, and storytelling content.
Capture or coordinate simple photo/video content as needed.
Support website updates through design, layout, and user experience recommendations.
Collaborate on improving website usability, flow, and visual engagement.
Brand Stewardship
Maintain and enhance brand standards, templates, and design systems.
Help build and organize a centralized library of approved creative assets.
Ensure all deliverables reflect a polished, professional, and consistent brand.
Creative Collaboration
Partner with the marketing team to support strategic initiatives and campaigns.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
Contribute creative ideas that elevate the Pediatrics Plus brand.
Participate in one‑on‑one meetings with your leader.

What you have
Ability to take a concept and create a polished, on‑brand creative with minimal direction.
Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
Basic experience with video editing tools (Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar).
Experience creating and editing short‑form video content.
Experience with website design platforms.
Understanding of user experience (UX) and how design impacts engagement.
Photography or photo editing experience.
Eye for storytelling through visual and digital content.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to influence and inspire.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of executives, managers, physicians, clinicians, families, and regulatory bodies.
Ability to work under stress and respond quickly in emergency situations.
Ability to work effectively within a complex matrix organization.
Ability to represent the company in a confident, persuasive, and positive manner.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Reports for work dressed appropriately and complies with company policies regarding the dress code.
Ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
Travel will be required.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field preferred.
3+ years of professional design or multimedia experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating print, digital, and/or video work.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include near and distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
