9B is seeking a Design Director to join a high-performing team working on a landmark mixed-use high-rise development in Miami.
This is a concept-stage leadership role, focused on defining the architectural vision, massing strategy, and overall design narrative of a major international project.
The Role
Lead the development of the architectural concept, massing, and skyline strategy
Define tower identity and podium integration
Shape spatial and experiential design direction
Work closely with the CEO to align design and development strategy
Oversee design outputs across a lean, senior team
About You
15+ years’ experience in architecture
Proven track record on high-rise or mixed-use landmark projects
Strong conceptual, urban, and spatial design capability
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, non-hierarchical environment
Ideally available at short notice
Additional Information
Initial 4-month contract, with strong potential to transition into a permanent role
Full-time, office-based role (5 days per week in Central London)
