Summary of the Role
In this individual contributor role, you will coordinate and support project and program execution across the global EHS organization for a big biopharma leader. Your focus will be enabling effective planning, tracking, and delivery of EHS projects emphasizing quality, compliance, and operational performance. You will engage with stakeholders to support strategy implementation, compliance, and financial process management.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day execution of EHS project and program activities, maintaining alignment with defined timelines and quality expectations
Develop, maintain, and update project plans, schedules, and key documentation
Track milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies; escalate issues as needed
Support resource coordination and workload tracking across cross-functional teams
Provide regular status reporting and communication of project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders
Assist Program Managers with initiative prioritization and project alignment to business goals
Manage and maintain EHS training assignment profiles, matrices, and compliance
Support the development, tracking, and management of project/program budgets and purchase orders
Use and support platforms such as Power BI, SharePoint, ChatGPT, Co-Pilot, and EHS systems
Partner with Systems and Data teams to support process improvement and data integrity
Required Experience & Skills
Demonstrated ability to coordinate and support the execution of projects across cross-functional teams
Experience with project and program planning, tracking milestones, risks, and deliverables
Expertise in EHS training and compliance management in a regulated environment
Solid analytical skills, with experience in Power BI, Excel, and reporting KPIs
Budget and purchase order management experience
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills

1. Project & Program Coordination: Ability to manage project execution, track milestones, manage risks/issues, and use PM tools
2. EHS Training & Compliance Management: Experience maintaining training profiles, matrices, and supporting audits

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Execute daily project coordination activities while monitoring timelines and quality
Develop project documentation, status updates, and schedule management
Coordinate and maintain EHS training profiles, resolve discrepancies, and assure compliance
Monitor and track project/program expenditures, process POs, and provide financial forecasts
Support data reporting and identify opportunities for process automation
Basic Qualifications
Master degree
Bachelor degree and 2 years of experience
Associate degree and 6 years of experience
High school diploma / GED and 8 years of experience
