
Sales Account Manager - OEM & Enterprise

We are looking for a Regional Accounts Manager for a global power supply manufacturer in the Bay Area. This role will own new business development and strategic account growth across the West Coast, focused on high power open frame and server power solutions.
Job Logistics Shifts / Hours: Standard business hours
Location: West Coast, ideally Bay Area or Washington
Travel: Up to 50%
Work model: Onsite if local, otherwise remote with travel
DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES
Prospect and close new OEM and enterprise customers
Drive design wins in high power PSU solutions
Manage regional sales strategy and forecasting
Partner with engineering and product teams
Maintain long term customer relationships
REQUIREMENTS
8+ years selling high power power supplies
Experience with open frame and server PSUs
Proven OEM, VAR, or system integrator sales success
Existing industry relationships
Plusses
Bay Area or PNW market experience
Data center or telecom exposure
Compensation $110,000 to $130,000 base salary with uncapped commission. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
