JD Demonstrated hands-on experience managing IT assets in a medium to large organization, with a proven track record of meeting compliance requirements. Strong working knowledge of OpenText or similar enterprise asset tracking tools. Solid understanding of IT infrastructure components, including servers, storage, networking, and end-user devices. Proven Integration knowledge & experience combining business applications and infrastructure services Experience with ITIL or other IT service management and compliance frameworks.
