What You Will Do
Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity prototypes and final UI delivery.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers, to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
Create and maintain a lean design system that supports rapid development and consistent user experiences.
Design user interfaces that simplify AI/LLM-powered workflows, ensuring clarity and usability in complex environments.
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics to continuously improve product performance.
Articulate design decisions and rationale effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Background
4–7 years of experience in product design, particularly in venture-funded companies or startups.
Proven track record of successfully shipping complex software products, especially in B2B or regulated environments.
Strong proficiency in Figma and familiarity with frontend technologies like HTML, CSS, and React.
Experience designing for accessibility and modern enterprise UX patterns, with a focus on user empathy and system thinking.
Preferred
Previous experience as an early team member or founding designer at a fast-growing startup.
Familiarity with financial services workflows or compliance-heavy design constraints.
Exposure to design-forward organizations known for their innovative approaches.
