Role Overview We are seeking a high‑performing and strategic, Hi-Tech Sales Leader to lead new client acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion across Incedo’s Hi-Tech portfolio. This leader will own go‑to‑market execution, build CXO‑level relationships, lead large deal pursuits, and collaborate with delivery and solutioning teams to drive top‑line growth. The ideal candidate brings deep Hi-Tech industry knowledge, a consultative sales approach, and a proven track record of building new logos and scaling strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development

Own and drive revenue growth for the Hi-Tech vertical by acquiring new clients and expanding existing relationships.

Define and execute sales strategies to target OEMs, hyperscalers, SaaS firms, and digital platforms.

Lead end‑to‑end sales lifecycle – prospecting, solutioning, proposal, negotiations, and closure.

Collaborate with marketing and alliances to run targeted campaigns and develop qualified pipeline.

Manage a high‑performance sales team with accountability for bookings, forecasts, and

Client Engagement & Strategic Relationship Management

Build and expand trusted CXO relationships across targeted accounts.

Act as a strategic advisor, identifying transformation opportunities across cloud, AI/ML, product engineering, and platform modernization.

Lead executive presentations and influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.

Work closely with the BU Head, delivery leads, and solution architects to craft winning proposals and value‑driven solutions.

Support large, complex RFP/RFI responses and co‑innovate on high‑impact engagements o

Ensure smooth handoff to delivery and maintain a strong voice of the customer.

Required Qualifications

15+ years of experience in technology services sales, with at least 5+ years in the Hi-Tech domain.

Proven track record of achieving multimillion‑dollar revenue targets and closing complex deals.

Deep understanding of cloud‑native services, AI/ML, product modernization, and digital platforms.

Strong executive presence and experience managing CXO‑level relationships.

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
