The new Trade Marketing Manager on Mass Scenting has the opportunity to join a newly formed team in the fastest growing category in Beauty at one of the top Fragrance Companies in the world. The role includes working well established licensed brands as well as new, up and coming brands with a passionate team; ensuring the on-time launch of new products, displays and shopper marketing programs.
Responsibilities As our Trade Marketing Manager, you are responsible for liaising with our commercial teams and driving launch excellence as well as supporting our base business with a focus on our key retailers.
Your main focus:
Support the Mass Fragrance Customer Teams for all brands and retailers with a focus on Walmart and Amazon
Drive 18 month commercial planning meetings and develop on-going retail support strategies
Manage the sell-in meeting process
Brief in-store displays
Track distribution
Forecast Innovation

The team consists of Trade Marketing Manager working closely together with several departments such as Sales, Brand Marketing, Display, and Retail Media. All your colleagues are passionate self-starters with an entrepreneurial approach.
Qualifications We’d love to see candidates who have:
Essential Qualifications
5+ years of related trade / marketing experience
Undergraduate degree required. MBA a plus
Strong communication and presentation skills
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Desirable Qualifications
Beauty experience preferred
Consumer Package Goods experience required
Must be autonomous, decisive, and a strategic thinker

Base Salary Range: $95,000-$130,000
