Haley Toyota of Richmond , and we are looking to fill roles in our Sales Department due to recent internal promotions. Business is continuing to build rapidly as inventory levels build back, and consumer demand is high!
This is an awesome opportunity for someone to come into a well running sales department that tracks
over 250 units a month . This is the perfect opportunity for someone who has the right experience to come on board and do very well.
Toyota sales experience is HIGHLY preferred, but we will train the right person (guaranteed training pay).
A successful Sales Consultant effectively performs the following responsibilities:
Manage internet sales leads, which includes responding to inquiries in a timely fashion, setting appointments, and answering questions on available new and pre-owned inventory
Creating and building relationships with new and existing customers through proper follow-up and customer service
Prospecting new customers through social media, networking, e-mail, and phone
Demonstrating vehicle benefits and amenities, including test drives
Meeting and exceeding dealership goals and sales objectives
Clearly and professionally document all customer feedback and information into CRM software (Vinsolutions).
Must have excellent interpersonal skills and high attention to detail with written communication (email/text)
