
Operations & Field Sales Systems Manager

Position Overview
Operations & Field Sales Systems Manager – responsible for digitally transforming field operations by leading technology initiatives, aligning commercial strategy, and optimizing sales coverage.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial Technology Roadmap & Strategy: Define and execute the long‑term vision for field technology (CRM, AI‑driven route optimization, media solutions); lead ROI justification, vendor negotiations, and end‑to‑end integration.
Territory Architecture & Optimization: Design strategic sales coverage models and territory structures using advanced analytics to reduce "windshield time" and support lifecycle fleet management.
Global Stakeholder Advocacy: Serve as the primary COP North America liaison to Global Retail Execution and other stakeholders, influencing roadmaps to reflect local commercial requirements.
Change Management & Organizational Readiness: Lead deployment strategies for new capabilities, establish KPIs to measure tool adoption and sales force productivity.
Cross‑Functional Communication & Feedback: Direct the COP field sales weekly newsletter, synthesize updates from marketing, supply chain, and finance, and maintain a feedback loop to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree.
Strong IT skills and ability to translate field pain points into technical requirements.
Minimum three years of experience with digital transformations, CRM systems, and at least one year of field sales experience.
In‑depth understanding of CRM systems, mobile device management (MDM), and data integration.
Excellent written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Effective execution, relationship building, customer‑focused planning, priority setting, teamwork, and collaboration.
Compensation & Benefits Salary Range: $96,000 – $137,000 USD. Bonuses, profit‑sharing, and long‑term incentives may be available for executive‑level roles.
