We are seeking a locally rooted, community‑focused Membership Sales Manager to drive leads and membership sales for
AirMedCare Network
across Sedalia, MO and surrounding counties. This role is ideal for someone with strong ties to the area who understands the rhythms of rural and small‑town communities and values face‑to‑face relationship building. You’ll be a visible, trusted presence, spending your days meeting business owners, families, and community leaders where they already gather and work. Through consistent local engagement, you will build a sustainable sales pipeline that supports both individual territory success and broader team goals.

Responsibilities:
Drive Local Impact:
Sales Manager spends approximately 90% of your time in the field throughout Sedalia and surrounding rural counties, meeting people where they live and work. You’ll engage local businesses (70% B2B focus) and individual consumers (30% B2C focus) by educating them on how AMCN memberships help protect families and employees when emergency transport is needed, especially in rural and highway‑heavy areas.
Develop Relationships:
Identify and cultivate new leads through door‑to‑door outreach, cold calling, referrals, local events, county fairs, community fundraisers, chamber of commerce meetings, agricultural events, festivals, first responder partnerships, and other regional networking opportunities that are common and impactful in the area.
Sales Process Management:
Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close, using a consultative and educational approach. Connect AMCN services to the real‑world needs of local families, small business owners, agricultural employers, and community organizations.
Champion with Purpose:
Represent AMCN as a trusted local partner by actively participating in community events and maintaining long‑term relationships with civic groups, employers, healthcare‑adjacent organizations, and small businesses. Your presence will strengthen brand awareness, trust, and credibility throughout the territory.
Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma (or equivalent), valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record. Comfort with extensive regional driving—including rural highways and back roads—is essential.
Sales Expertise:
3 years of prior B2C or B2B solutions‑based field sales experience, including cold calling and prospecting, preferred. Experience selling in rural, relationship‑driven, or territory‑based markets is a strong plus.
Industry Knowledge:
Working knowledge of healthcare, insurance, or emergency medical transportation services is preferred. Familiarity with the needs, challenges, and values of rural and regional Missouri communities is highly valued.
