Digital Director
Responsibilities
Developing, producing, and publishing original social media content—including short-form video, photography, graphics, and real-time/reactive posts
Travel with the candidate to events to capture real-time digital content
Managing content approval workflows across communications, research, consultants, and key stakeholders
Anticipate the candidate’s needs and problem-solve in real time to keep events and travel running smoothly
Strong communication skills
Monitor news, tracking online conversation, and social media trends to create rapid-response and reactive content creation
Manage administrative tasks, including note-taking, scheduling adjustments, and material prep
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Bluesky, and Twitter/X
Experience with content creation, including video capture and basic editing
Understanding of digital production best practices, such as angles and lighting, is preferred
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work long and irregular hours as needed, including evenings and weekends
A valid US driver’s license and access to reliable, insured transportation.
Based in Orlando, Florida, or willing to relocate
