What You Will Do
Expand the business, gain market share, and grow sales & order at expected margins. Achieve annual/quarterly targets through promotion of all business technologies and capabilities within relevant modalities.
Provide technical support, leveraging technical specialists where needed, aligned with customer workflows and activities to develop and support solutions that meet or exceed the customers’ expectations.
Identify opportunities and support team in developing opportunities.
Develop and maintain a full understanding of the Cytiva value proposition and a high‑level knowledge of competitive products and services.
Prospect, forecast, generate proposals, prepare sales quotations, initiate and plan customer visits at all levels of the customer organization.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Business, life sciences or a relevant field.
4+ years of biotechnology experience.
Sales technique including cross‑selling, upselling, value‑based selling, and funnel management.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements
Ability to travel 20% overnight, within territory.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 25 lb.
Location: This role is based in Los Angeles/Orange County and requires the candidate to reside in that area. Remote work is available and the position will be performed from the candidate’s home.
Salary and Benefits: The salary range for this role is $110,000–$135,000. Bonus/incentive pay is also available. Additional benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and a 401(k) plan.
