We are currently looking for a Marketing Operations Analyst in Germany. This role sits at the core of marketing execution and performance, ensuring that campaigns, projects, and workflows run smoothly across a fully distributed global team. You will help coordinate marketing initiatives that drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention in a fast‑paced, data‑driven environment. The position blends project management, analytics, and operational support, making it essential to the success of cross‑functional marketing efforts. You will work closely with multiple teams to track performance, optimise processes, and ensure alignment with broader business objectives. This is a highly collaborative role where attention to detail, structure, and data accuracy directly impact marketing effectiveness. Operating in a remote‑first culture, you will contribute to improving efficiency, transparency, and scalability across global marketing operations.

Accountabilities:

Assist in planning, tracking, and managing marketing projects and campaigns to ensure timely execution and alignment with business priorities.

Coordinate resources, tasks, and priorities across marketing and cross‑functional teams in a fully remote environment.

Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with actionable insights to support decision‑making.

Support the development and maintenance of project documentation, timelines, workflows, and operational processes.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and broader organisational goals.

Assist in vendor coordination, including contract support, deliverable tracking and performance follow‑up.

Maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across marketing systems and reporting tools.

Conduct market and industry research, including fintech and crypto trends, to support marketing strategy and briefs.

Help implement and optimise marketing tools and workflows to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Design, Communications, or a related field.

Familiarity with marketing analytics and advertising platforms such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn, Instagram, or Looker.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.

Excellent organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Strong communication and teamwork skills, with experience collaborating across distributed teams.

High level of curiosity, adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

Exposure to marketing, advertising or communications through academic work, internships or projects.

Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset with creativity in problem‑solving.

Nice‑to‑haves: interest in fintech and cryptocurrency marketing, experience with lead generation strategies, and familiarity with marketing automation or tracking tools.
