Compensation Package
Salary Range: Up to $80,000 annually (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
Manage a book of business, including small ACA accounts and self-insured accounts with 10+ employees.
Collaborate with producers to develop and implement strategic plans for clients.
Assist with open enrollment processes and provide guidance to clients.
Analyze plan options and provide recommendations tailored to client needs.
Quote new and renewal business, ensuring competitive and comprehensive offerings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications/Requirements
Licensure: Active Life & Health (L&H) license required.
Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience managing employee benefits accounts.
Proven ability to manage a diverse portfolio of accounts and deliver exceptional client service.
Strong analytical skills to evaluate and recommend plan options.
Experience with quoting new and renewal business.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in relevant software tools is a plus.
