MARKETING ASSISTANT- HEAD OFFICE

Responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels

Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms and other digital channels

Develop, schedule, and monitor engaging marketing content

Support distribution and branch management office administrative activities as assigned

Coordinate stockist branding to ensure brand consistency

Support and monitor branch renovation and branding activities

Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, and service providers on branding and marketing materials

Track campaign performance and provide periodic reports and recommendations

Ensure all branding materials meet company standards and guidelines

Manage and support the growth of the various company brands through appropriate marketing activities and campaigns

Perform any other tasks deemed necessary to accomplish the above

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field with a minimum of Upper Second Honours

2 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing, branding, or marketing coordination

Strong knowledge of social media management, content creation, and online campaign execution

Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools (added advantage)

Experience with graphic design tools such as Canva

Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
