The role involves engaging with potential and existing clients to understand their design and flooring needs while delivering tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include providing expert sales consulting advice, maintaining excellent customer service, fostering long‑term client relationships, and collaborating with team members to achieve sales objectives.
Qualifications
Expertise in Sales Consulting and consulting on design and product offerings to meet customer needs
Strong skills in ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering outstanding Customer Service
Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
Ability to establish positive client relationships and contribute to a collaborative work environment
Experience in the design or flooring industry is preferred but not required
Self‑motivated, organized, with a results‑driven mindset
Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience in sales, design, or a related field is a plus
