Responsibilities Your role: The Marketing Programs Coordinator supports the marketing team by coordinating and executing educational events for healthcare professionals. They manage event logistics, materials, registrations, compliance processes, and payments while working closely with internal crossfunctional teams and external vendors.
Coordinate logistics and execution of Healthcare Professional (HCP) educational program events, including communication and collaboration with internal teams, HCPs, and external thirdparty vendors.
Manage educational program event materials, including inventory management, monitoring, approval, ordering of product and collateral, and restocking supplies.
Support the team with monthly KPI (Key Performance Indicator) tracking and data submission.
Manage and monitor Salesforce (SFDC) registrations and followup campaigns.
Support the review and approval of educational, promotional, and training materials using the Veeva PromoMats system.
Support the educational program payment process, including preapprovals, submissions, and final payment processing.
Support logistics for the Speaker's Review Committee, including monitoring requests, gathering required documentation, and communicating submission status with internal teams.
Closely partner with U.S. colleagues across Sales, Global and U.S. Marketing, Medical, Research & Development, Regulatory, Legal, Ethics & Compliance, and Internal Controls.
Qualifications 2+ years years of experience in marketing, coordination, events or sales
Bachelors degree preferred
Experience supporting a Marketing or Commercial team in the medical device or healthcare industry preferred.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new software systems quickly.
Experience with Veeva PromoMats and Salesforce (SFDC) is a plus.
Experience working and communicating with external Healthcare Professionals is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional stakeholders and senior leadership.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Travel expectation 30%
Compensation and Benefits Baxter is committed to equitable pay for all employees. The estimated base salary for this position is $68,000 to $93,500 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. Individual pay is based on location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
