Business Development Executive – Space & Multi‑Domain RF Systems (Denver or Longmont, CO)
Join our team to expand our presence in advanced space and multi‑domain RF systems supporting space, airborne, and maritime missions. This role will focus on business development for satellite antennas, RF payloads, and mission‑critical RF hardware across defense, intelligence, and commercial markets. The Business Development Executive will work with prime contractors, defense agencies, and emerging space companies to deliver next‑generation communications and sensing capabilities. This position offers the opportunity to shape growth in rapidly evolving multi‑domain mission environments.

Key Responsibilities
Build and manage opportunity pipelines aligned with corporate growth goals and strategic partnerships.
Convert pipeline opportunities to meet quarterly and annual bookings targets.
Lead capture strategy development for priority U.S. government programs in defense, intelligence, and civil space.
Direct capture teams through win strategy creation, customer engagement planning, and solution positioning.
Oversee competitor assessments, pricing strategy input, and proposal readiness reviews.
Partner closely with Program Management and Technical Leadership to ensure pursuit alignment and bid quality.
Maintain trusted relationships with federal stakeholders, primes, and key subcontractors across the national security ecosystem.
Drive disciplined, metrics‑based capture reviews and ensure adherence to internal governance processes.

Qualifications & Experience
5-12+ years of experience in federal business development or government contracting, ideally within aerospace, defense, or mission systems.
Proven track record leading successful captures $10M – 100M with agencies such as DoD, NASA, or the Intelligence Community.
Expertise in DoD and IC acquisition frameworks, FAR/DFARS compliance, and federal contracting strategy.
Strong leadership presence, executive communication skills, and ability to engage directly with senior government decision‑makers.
Active U.S. Secret or Top Secret TS/SCI clearance strongly preferred.
