We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join our Global Channel Marketing team team in North America. We are offering this position on a full time, permanent basis . The ideal candidate should be based in the Tri State region for regular connection with colleagues.

Reporting to the Head of Channel Marketing and working closely with the US Commercial, Retail Property and Marketing teams as well as the wider Global teams based in Dorset UK. The channel Marketing Project Manager is accountable for leading and coordinating the execution of immersive, customer-centric marketing initiatives across retail channels. Including new store launches, remodels, refreshes, pop up shops, merchandise, maintenance and promotions.
Operating as part of a Global Channel Marketing team, the role ensures North American projects are delivered in alignment with global standards, frameworks, and governance, while adapting execution to local market requirements. The Channel Project Manager partners closely with regional and global stakeholders to support US channel expansion, operational excellence, and consistent ways of working.
What we expect from you as the Channel Marketing Project Manager:
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
Manage end-to-end delivery of channel marketing projects, from intake and planning through execution and post-launch review
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
Track project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to keep initiatives on schedule and within scope
Oversee new store openings, remodels, and refits across North America from concept and construction through store opening and project closeout.
Support and oversee marketing initiatives including in-store promotions, visual merchandising updates, product launches, seasonal campaigns, and local market activations
Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress, compliance, and readiness
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, creative, property, procurement commercial, operations, digital) and external vendors or agencies
Ensure brand consistency and compliance across all retail touchpoints
Apply best-practice knowledge of North American retail operations to refine global frameworks and toolkits.
Stakeholder & Communication Management
Act as a key liaison between North American teams and the Global Channel Marketing function.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned marketing projects
Communicate project status, risks, and milestones clearly to stakeholders and leadership
Facilitate cross-functional meetings, status updates, and project reviews
Support vendor selection, onboarding, and performance management
Review vendor deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with objectives
Process & Continuous Improvement
Apply project management best practices and tools to improve efficiency and execution
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance collaboration
Support post-project evaluations and document learning
Key Attributes:
3–6 years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or retail marketing
Experience working in premium retail, consumer goods, or omnichannel environments
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Demonstrated ability to manage store rollouts, construction-related projects, and operational programs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing in-store marketing, visual merchandising, or promotional campaigns
Familiarity with North American retail operations and store-level execution
Experience working globally across other countries
Experience working with creative agencies, and production vendors
Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance metrics
