THE POSITION
Our roster has an opening with your name on it. We are looking for a Media Associate to join the Media Team to support our paid social strategy, planning and execution across Casino. This role will support full‑funnel brand and direct response campaigns on paid social to build brand awareness and drive new registrations and real‑money players. It will also support planning for other channels such as TV, OOH, OTT/CTV, Search, Programmatic and Audio.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Key contributor on the Casino paid social team: planning, creative briefing, execution, optimization, and reporting for all Casino social media campaigns.
Build season‑long media plans with planning teams to meet KPIs across tactics and platforms.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, creative partners, and agencies for seamless launch and execution.
Align 360 media strategies with agency and planning teams.
Develop a testing roadmap for paid social channels to understand creative and audience performance.
Assist with weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual channel reporting, billing reconciliation, and post‑mortem analysis.
Work with the commercial Casino team to understand performance gaps and plan media responses.
Continuously assess digital media tactics and identify improvement opportunities.
Own and build relationships with third‑party paid social vendors and agencies.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
1‑2 years of experience managing paid social accounts for large tier 1 brands.
Direct experience with paid social and analytics tools.
High level of understanding of performance metrics within digital media and ability to make strong decisions on media plans.
Experience evaluating media opportunities and onboarding new media channels.
Ability to make strong decisions for media planning in terms of budget allocation, formats, and testing.
Analytical and proactive mindset with strong data aggregation skills.
Willingness to learn auction models and bidding strategies across major platforms.
Ability to work autonomously and within a large team setting.
Clear communicator, multi‑tasker, managing multiple deadlines across stakeholders.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Positive attitude and calm under high‑stress situations.
Willingness to work non‑traditional business hours as needed.
Eagerness to learn about digital marketing and the gaming/gambling industry in Canada.

APPLICABLE SALARY RANGE
$62,000 – $77,000 CAD, dependent on experience, location, business needs and market demand.
