Job Description We’re looking for energetic, motivated individuals to join our team as a Retail Event Marketing Assistant. You’ll be the face of exciting events and pop‑up shops, engaging with customers to introduce products and services, and driving sales and enrollments.
Key Responsibilities Represent brands at events in high‑traffic retail locations
Engage customers, present products, and drive sales or enrollments
Create memorable experiences for customers to increase brand loyalty
Set up and maintain event displays to attract customers
Meet daily, weekly, and campaign goals
Learn and use proven sales techniques and customer engagement strategies
Work with the team to improve event outcomes
What We’re Looking For Ambitious, self‑starter who thrives in a high‑energy environment
Great communicator with a passion for sales and customer engagement
Eager to learn and grow with clear opportunities for advancement
Able to work independently in retail or event‑based settings
Flexible and reliable — must be willing to work weekends and retail hours
Qualifications No experience required (though sales or retail experience is a plus)
Must be 18+ years old
Reliable transportation to travel to event locations
Ability to lift up to 35lbs and stand for long periods
Benefits Commission‑based pay structure following a 4–6 week paid training period
Average representatives earn $800–$1,200 per week
Top representatives earn $1,200–$2,500+ per week
Full benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance
