Business Development Executive

HFM is a globally recognized multi-asset broker, known for delivering innovative trading tools, platforms, and top-tier trading conditions to clients worldwide. As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a Business Development Executive to help lead our expansion across the MENA region.
Your role at HFM will include:
Researches and analyses the market to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and the competitive landscape.
Manages and coordinates business development activities across the region.
Travels to various Middle East markets to lead events.
Supports and trains other staff at HFM’s offices.
Builds and maintains strong relationships with affiliates, both remotely and in person.
Develops and execute business development plans to achieve company goals, which can include market entry strategies, sales campaigns, and partnership initiatives.
Collaborates with internal teams to implement and execute business strategies.
Negotiates and finalizes agreements with affiliates and partners.
Requirements Proven experience in business development and sales
Willingness to travel extensively across Middle East countries
Experience working in or with African markets (a strong advantage)
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Fluency in English and Arabic
A proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset
