What You'll Do
Identify and take action to engage with key stakeholders of target engineering firms and contractors to create a path for Geopier and our partners to make technical proposals for the use of Geopier ground improvement and geotechnical technology on projects
Review construction project information including construction drawings and evaluate to identify value creation potential, including preparing and presenting Value Engineering (VE) proposals to potential clients
Interact with field and licensee partners to secure successful sales outcomes
Record accurate and complete sales relevant information in CRM system
Track projects and follow up at key dates
Direct the lead generation team
Expand sales network via outreach and digital engagement, including phone, email, and LinkedIn
Achieve assigned sales targets
What You'll Need
Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
2-3 years' experience in construction industry preferred
Your Education
Bachelor's degree in Geotechnical Engineering required
