Experience
Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities; coordinate business generation activities; develop tailored sales strategies.
Build business relationships with current and potential clients.
Understand client needs, offer solutions, and support; respond to RFPs.
Collaborate with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts.
Create informative presentations and present to potential clients at meetings, exhibits, trade shows, and conferences.
Maintain a prospect client database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.).
Cold call and make outbound calls to potential clients; close sales and guide clients through closing process.
Meet all quotas for calls, appointments and interviews; exceed annual sales goals.
Project Management:
Gather requirements and specifications from the client related to the project to be executed.
Coordinate with the technical team to understand project requirements.
Ensure timely service and maintain deadlines for completion of activities.
Inbound Sales:
Provide excellent customer service to international clients.
Request for Proposal (RFP) handling.
Study RFPs and RFQs, build proposals with manager and development team.
Prepare proposals and send out quotations for projects.
Ensure optimum solutions for clients.
Outbound Sales:
Identify market, assign goals, train marketing executive team.
Generate prospects.
Bid and prepare proposals for products/web.
Meet with top level executives (CEO, CTO, MD, etc.) to conclude deals and projects.
Close deals and projects from the campaign.
Cold call clients globally, schedule conference calls, gather requirements.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven work experience as a Business Development Executive in product-based or web application-based company.
Demonstrated experience with CRM software.
Hands-on experience with online marketing tools and practices.
Familiarity with IoT basics and software product sales.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
