Commercial and Personal Lines Account Manager Job Summary Seeking dedicated and professional Commercial and Personal Lines Account Managers to join a growing team. Compensation Package Salary Range: Personal Lines: $50,000 - $70,000 Commercial Lines: $60,000 - $80,000 Asheboro Location: $40,000 - $60,000 Vacation and Sick Days: Generous time off policy Health Insurance: Not provided, but open to offering a stipend Work Environment: Fully in-office Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of personal and/or commercial insurance accounts Assist clients with policy reviews, coverage questions, and policy changes Process endorsements, renewals, and remarketing when appropriate Work directly with insurance carriers regarding underwriting, billing, and policy servicing Support quoting and policy issuance for new business (Personal Lines will include both new and renewal policies; Commercial Lines will focus on renewals) Maintain accurate client and policy documentation within the agency management system Deliver proactive, relationship-driven client service Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience required 5-10 years of experience preferred Software Proficiency: Experience with Momentum or NowCerts preferred, but other backgrounds are acceptable Skills and Attributes: High ethical standards and a commitment to treating clients with respect and professionalism Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment Polished and professional demeanor #J-18808-Ljbffr
