Job Responsibilities
Drive Growth & Lead Gen: Proactively hunt for new business through social media management (FB/IG), inbound inquiries, and strategic outreach to fill the sales pipeline.
Execute Marketing Campaigns: Design and launch targeted promotions to boost service bookings, while monitoring performance to maximize ROI and conversion rates.
Sales & Account Management: Engage prospects across all channels to close sales, upsell services to existing accounts, and consistently follow up to increase revenue.
Optimize Operations: Coordinate scheduling and route efficiency to maximize daily revenue while supporting essential day‑to‑day office operations.
Client Retention & Service: Deliver a seamless customer experience to ensure high retention, repeat business, and a steady stream of referrals.
Pay & Shift
Monday‑Friday, Starting at $18+/hour (based on experience) plus Commission & Bonuses: Performance‑based incentives tied to new client acquisition, service upsells and account growth, and monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
Requirements
Education & Experience: High school diploma (or equivalent) required, with 1‑3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred.
Sales & Growth Mindset: Proven ability to identify lead generation opportunities, engage comfortably with clients, and support business growth through a results‑driven approach.
Digital & Marketing Skills: Proficient in social media marketing (Facebook/Instagram), content creation, and basic office software like email and spreadsheets.
Professionalism & Organization: Highly organized multitasker with strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to attend local or company events.
