We are seeking a Commercial Lines Marketing Manager to lead and elevate our commercial insurance marketing and quoting process. This is a high-impact role designed to improve consistency, strengthen carrier relationships, and support our producers in achieving their growth goals.
Why This Role Matters
This position sits at the center of our production engine.
You Will:
Own the marketing and quoting process for commercial lines new business
Ensure submissions are complete, strategic, and competitive
Help producers win more business by delivering high-quality, timely proposals
Improve how we align risks with the right carrier partners
This is not a traditional service role—this is a process ownership and impact role with leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end marketing and quoting process for commercial accounts
Evaluate risks and determine optimal carrier placement
Prepare and submit complete applications, supplements, and cover letters
Communicate with underwriters to secure competitive terms
Track opportunities and maintain pipeline visibility
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of commercial lines insurance experience
Strong understanding of coverages (CGL, Property, Auto, Umbrella, etc.)
Experience working with carrier portals and underwriting processes
Highly organized and process-driven
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with Applied Epic (preferred)
